SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Overview & Dispatch Times
At Dubai Perfumes SA, we are committed to getting your favorite Middle Eastern fragrances to you as quickly and securely as possible. 
* Orders are processed and dispatched daily if placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM.
* Any orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed on the following working day.
* Working Days: Monday to Friday. We do not process, dispatch, or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

2. Guaranteed & Insured Nationwide Delivery
* Shop with 100% confidence! All orders shipped with us across South Africa are fully insured. 
* In the rare event that a courier vehicle is hijacked, a parcel is lost in transit, or goods are damaged, your purchase is completely covered. We will ensure you are looked after with a prompt replacement or full refund.
* Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

3. In-Store Pickup
* Prefer to collect? Select In-Store Pickup at checkout or visit us at: 103 Main Reef Road, China Mall, Entrance B, Upper Level, Shop B189, Johannesburg. (Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification).

4. Order Tracking
* Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email or WhatsApp/SMS to monitor your delivery in real time.
