RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Returns & Refunds Overview
Our straightforward returns and refund policy allows you to shop with complete confidence:
* Any unopened or unused product can be returned and fully refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
* Purchases made in-store must be returned back to the store by the customer.
* Purchases made online will be collected by our courier once a return has been logged through your online account section.
* Opened or Used is defined as any variation from its original condition, including opened or outer seal broken.
* Gift cards, archive (sale) items, samples, and gifts with purchase cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
* Customers exchanging goods can choose from our full selection including gift cards. Exchanges for a product of lesser value will have the remainder refunded onto a gift card.
* Our satisfaction guarantee does not extend to a previous return if it is not in its original condition.
* Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed via the original payment method no later than 5 working days after we have received the goods (card providers may take an additional 3 to 5 working days to credit your account).

2. Returns Inspection & Anti-Counterfeit Policy
Due to the prevalence of counterfeit items in the market, all returned products undergo a strict inspection upon arrival to verify their authenticity. 
* You must ensure that the item being returned was exclusively purchased from Dubai Perfumes SA. 
* We strictly prohibit and monitor fraudulent returns where customers attempt to return counterfeit or alternative products purchased from other sources. 
* Any fraudulent returns or attempts to substitute our authentic products with external fakes will be rejected, and we reserve the right to take necessary operational or legal action.
